From premium cuts like Wagyu 9+ to the very best locally sourced Western Australian produce, everything that comes through our kitchen is treated with care and restraint, allowing the quality of the ingredient and the depth of the fire to speak for itself, whether it’s beautifully marbled beef or standout seafood like Skull Island prawns.

Our menu is designed to be shared a celebration of the spirit of Australian barbecue in a more elevated setting. Flame-cooked meats sit alongside refined seafood and seasonal vegetables, all showcasing a deep respect for provenance and produce.

Alongside the food, our wine list has become a defining part of the Cassia experience. What began as a predominantly WA-focused selection has grown into an extensive and evolving list. It now reaches well beyond the region, with back vintages, a thoughtful Burgundy offering, and wines from all across the world, all curated to suit a range of tastes and occasions.
